To encourage the post- graduate and PhD students to participate in the 22nd International Congress of Historical Sciences 2015, and to present their ongoing research achievements, the Organizing Committee of the 22nd ICHS has decided to hold a poster session for post- graduate and PHD students. To be specific as follows:
The author must submit an abstract of the thesis, which is no less than 300 words in English; Chinese students can submit their abstracts in Chinese and English. The deadline for the submission is May 31, 2015. Please send your abstract to the Coordinator: Ms. Wang Zhaoli wangzhaoli@sdu.edu.cn
Note: the thesis submitted should be unpublished work. The ICHS Organizing Committee will select about 100 posters and the results of the selected candidates will be announced before June 26.
The selected candidates should prepare their posters according to the following requirements:
A. The content of the poster should be be concise and to the point. Graphics to display the main achievements and academic innovations are encouraged.
B．The poster must contain following items：title，author of the thesis, organization in which the author is working, abstract, introduction, materials and methodology, conclusion, and bibliography.
C. The size of the poster should be
D. The candidates must send the PDF file of the poster to the Organizing Committee by e-mail to wangzhaoli@sdu.edu.cn before July 31st, 2015.
E. It is the author’s obligation to print the poster and put it up on the designated place at the registration site.
F. The authors of approved posters will enjoy the free registration fee and a stipend for travel and accommodation (RMB 800.00 for students from China, RMB 1200.00 for students from overseas.)
After the Congress, the jury will assess the posters and select the best posters. The winners will receive awards and certificates. The result will be published on http://www.ichschina2015.org/cms/
